These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of laxratsupplyco.com and any purchase you make from Lax Rat Supply Co. ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian needs to place the order for you. You agree to give accurate information when you check out, and you're responsible for keeping your account details private if you create an account.

2. Our products

Every item is printed to order after you check out. We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but screens vary, so the color you see may differ slightly from the finished product. Sizes and measurements are listed in the size guide on each product page.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. If we find a clear pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and cancellations

We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, an item being unavailable, or an error in the listing. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund. Because orders go into production quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has been printed, we can't cancel it.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Production and delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Discount codes and the Take a Shot game

Discount codes, including codes earned through the Take a Shot game or our email signup, are limited to one per person and one per order. They can't be combined with other discounts, exchanged for cash, or transferred. Each code expires on the date stated in the email it came in. We may cancel codes that were earned through automated entries, multiple email addresses, or other abuse, and we may change or end any promotion at any time.

8. Marketing emails

If you sign up for our emails, you agree to receive marketing messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.

9. Our content

The Lax Rat Supply Co. name, logos, designs, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Comments and messages you send

If you send us feedback, ideas or other content, you agree we may use it without owing you anything. You agree not to send anything unlawful, abusive or that infringes on someone else's rights.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site to break any law, interfere with how the site works, try to gain unauthorized access, upload harmful code, scrape or copy the site in bulk, or harass anyone.

12. Third-party services

Our store runs on services provided by others, including Shopify, Printful, Klaviyo and our payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party websites we link to.

13. Disclaimer

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don't make any warranties beyond those stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lax Rat Supply Co. isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

15. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breaking these Terms or misusing the site.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. You and Lax Rat Supply Co. agree to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Idaho.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
