Spirit of '76 Tee

The original painting shows three men marching into battle with a drum, a fife and a flag. We swapped the flag pole for a lacrosse stick.

Archibald Willard painted The Spirit of '76 for the country's 100th birthday, and it became one of the most recognized images in American history. Our version keeps the drum and the fife and the grit in their faces, but the one on the right is carrying a stick held high, with a tattered thirteen-star flag tied to the shaft.

If you've ever marched into a tournament with a sore body, a dented helmet and absolutely no plans to lose, you've got the spirit.
